I had the pleasure of co-hosting Jan D’Atri’s radio show this past weekend (July 16) and the topic this month was Italian food.
We had a blast. Italian Stallion Chef Gabe Bertaccini from Il Tocco Food was the guest chef who cooked up a feast before our eyes. He made a gorgonzola sauce that melted in my mouth and a spicy cucumber gazpacho that was refreshing and unique.
I continue to advocate that Jan is by far the most genuine and kind person in the food business in Arizona. If you don’t listen to her show, be sure to tune in Saturdays from 3-5 PM on 550 KFYI.
